I am writing in outrage to mine and other's Car 87 victimization's from the Mental Health Team and other Vancouver/Richmond Health Board affiliations. Not only was I violated by this, many others have too. The first time around I was refusing to talk to MHT based on my opposition to behavior modification that their Scientology/CIA (Central Int. Agency) based group uses on innocent people either in need of Psychiatric help or to destroy the reputation of those who oppose them by labeling them schizophrenic. I spent a month of my life risking eviction in VGH and on a second occasion they barged in to my home to ask about who I know, to name names like a soviet interior minister. The most recent time I was being attacked by false authority figures in Holy Rosary Cathedral, where I was trying to seek refuge in from them and the VRHB/MHT ilk. I was forced to the ground, cuffed, and was forced to discus my choice in carrying a religious relic which resembled a blunt and dull Nepalese demon slayer knife (such a thing the BC supreme court defended); afterwards (pun intended) I spent almost a month between Vancouver General's PAU (Psychiatric Assessment Unit), Quiet Rooms and Riverview. With no evidence or diagnosis I was placed on an anti-pssychotic and forced the treatment for psychotic behavior not proven on any level. Forced treatment is a violation of the Hippocratic oath, never was a warrant or a certificate was shown to me (violation of the mental health act) at detainment and forced treatment without a proven diminished capacity is against the law (under the mental health act, the Dief the Chief's constitution, Charter of Rights and Freedoms, BC Constitution, and the Vancouver Charter. My question is, why is anyone working on and with Car 87, MHT and the Vancouver/Richmond Health Board not being arrested and charged with their constant human rights violations, and where is the BC Civil Liberties Association on this issue?
